I hope that you get your promised free CPE, but don&#039;t really count on that. I never received Karavan&#039;s poster nor debut album from Us magazine when I won a competition! =(

There&#039;s another WiMax provider on the horizon to look out for: Wi-Tribe (http://www.wi-tribe.com).</description>

Secondly, I got a call from Wateen Call Center some time in Sep&#039;07... and they asked me if I am really interested to have Wimax since I signed up in the first 100 users and I ll be given the CPE for free.. I confirmed this thing by calling back... and they assured tht its really gonna happen. =)

Its been a year, they allotted me a complaint number as well, but no remedy has been provided yet... when I tell them my complain number they then ask me... Sir wht was ur problem... and why won&#039;t I get annoyed when I had tell in my last 20 calls tht Wateen has promissed me something... Call Center ppl are literally unaware of the real facts... they promise me for the resolution of my query in 24 hrs.. but this deadline never ends up!!
